I enjoy applying my skills through the whole customer experience. I know that my when what I design enters the real-world, there will something new to support, educate about, sell, and market.

I am keen on strategizing these aspects just as much as I want to focus on the design and implementation of the ideas developed through research, ideation, and evaluation.

I also enjoy supporting systems that allow designers and teams to focus on strategy. Specifically, developing business and design tools that can be reused and improved over time.
