At Microsoft, I design various parts of the Viva employee experience suite. I am currently focused on Viva Pulse, a survey platform for leaders & IT professionals to correlate sentiment & behavioral data.

Key work & projects include...
  • Designed granular feature access control and user profile data upload and management admin feature set for full Viva suite to support GDPR-compliance and onboarding to Viva suite
  • Designed key 0-to-1 functionality and exploration of cross-suite opportunities (Viva Connections, Viva Engage, Viva Insights)
  • Designed omnichannel notification system (Teams, email)
  • Customer journey mapping & customer feedback management

I enjoy applying my skills through the whole customer experience. I know that my when what I design enters the real-world, there will something new to support, educate about, sell, and market.

I am keen on strategizing these aspects just as much as I want to focus on the design and implementation of the ideas developed through research, ideation, and evaluation.

I also enjoy supporting systems that allow designers and teams to focus on strategy. Specifically, developing business and design tools that can be reused and improved over time.
